Justin Alexander Clarke Eduard Finch-Fletchley, Viscount Tamworth

Age 26
Birthday: May 1, 1980
Family Background: Justin is the first born of Melinda and Harvey Finch-Fletchley, an upper class professional couple. He has two younger siblings, Victoria, in her second year at University College, Oxford, and William, a first year Hufflepuff student. Although his family is not officially aristocracy, they have several relatives who hold titles, the closet being Great Uncle Geoffrey Mallard, thirteenth Earl of Ferrers, through Melinda. As the man has no issue and Melinda has no siblings, Justin is set to inherit the title, seat in the House of Lords, and the family seat Blackthorn Manor, in Orville Glen, Norfolk.
House: Hufflepuff.
Bloodline: Muggleborn.
Political Views: He'd rather not divulge them, thank you very much.

Appearance
Visual Representation:
Sean Murray
Description: A bit soft around the edges, Justin never completely lost the baby fat, but don't let that fool you. He's smart and quick and gladly takes pride in people underestimating him for his blue blood. He's average height for a man, with a dirty blond hair and blue eyes. He has a propensity to smile.

Psychology and Personality
Sexuality:
He prefers the female shape, thank you very much.
Strengths and Weaknesses: He has a strong sense of duty and works hard, but tends to bring work home with him. He's sociable, but hates to be the bad guy in any situation.
Habits\Quirks: He tends to get claustrophobic very easily, thus mastering a wandless Alomohora at a very early point in his career. He's pretty neat and organized, but if he's focused on something, things get away from him. Investing in a house elf was probably the smartest thing he ever did. Justin prefers tea to coffee and has been known to drink up to three cups from his giant mug that was given to him as a gag gift from his friends upon finishing Auror training.
Likes\Dislikes: He likes tea, Indian take away, wine, reading, and rugby. He dislikes mangoes, horses, snow, automobiles, and using his aristocratic connections.

Senior Auror.

History from student days at Hogwarts to the present time:

Birth to Hogwarts

Born at St John's Hospital At Howden to proud parents Melinda and Harvey Finch-Fletchley, Justin was raised knowing he would someday become the the fourteenth Earl of Ferrers. This early sense of duty had him studying both French and German. He would later pick up Russian on his own time. He was five when his younger sister, Victoria, was born. Although cordial to one another, they were often off doing separate activities and only saw one another during dinner or during family events. He spent his childhood in and around Edinburgh, though the familiar Scottish brogue was eradicated by many hours with various tutors.

Originally set to enroll in Eton College, it came as a great shock to both Justin and his parents when he received his letter from Hogwarts. Shortly before he started his first year, it was revealed that his somewhat eccentric great uncle, Geoffrey Mallard, the thirteenth Earl of Ferrers, was also a wizard. It was with him, rather than his parents, that accompanied Justin on his first trip to Diagon Alley, helping him pick up uniforms, books, and his wand. He was sorted into Hufflepuff where he soon made fast friends with Ernie Macmillan and Hannah Abbott. His first year was remarkably quiet, save for the instances in which Harry Potter shocked the whole school.

Hogwarts

During that summer, and all the summers following, he took private tutorial at the family seat, Blackthorn Manor, learning was much as he could about what wasn't taught at Hogwarts. His second year was marked with his petrification December 18th, 1992, a date he will never forget. To this day, Justin cannot abide by or stand being immobilized and often suffers from claustrophobia. That summer following was brutal as he was dragged from lesson to therapy to lesson. His parents nearly pulled him out of school, but Great Uncle Geoffrey convinced them to do otherwise.

In his fifth year he joined the DA. It is here he got the first inkling that he might not want to be a doctor or a lawyer or some other profession his parents had tried to push on him. When meeting with his head of house, it was first brought up that he should look into training to be an auror after he left Hogwarts. The suggestion was tucked carefully in the back of his mind all throughout sixth year, up until the Ministry fell. His parents and siblings had already fled to the United States under the pretense of joining the diplomatic corps there under the recommendation of both Justin and Great-Uncle Geoffrey as soon as Dumbledore had fallen. Justin himself had spent that year at Blackthorn Manor, hidden safely away behind the wards, taught by private tutors. One of his greatest regrets was that he missed the Final Battle and could not do his part against the Death Eaters.

After Hogwarts

The end of the war spurred Justin into taking Professor Sprouts' advice, enrolling in the program after he had sat for his exams and received his results. To complete his training, he was assigned to Senior Auror Alexander Mason. Though Mason had no interst in babysitting, the two quickly formed a mentor-student relationship. It was Justin who discovered Mason's body first. Though the death was ruled the result of natural causes, he has his suspisions as the man was perfectly healthy and had just visited the healer for the annual physical the month before. He has kept quiet though as it was apparent that the MLE wanted neither a scandel nor a cover-up.

Justin was later assigned Natalie McDonald as his full time partner a few months after Mason's death. They were off to a rocky start--to put it lightly--as a result of approaching the job from two different directions. That has eased, mostly, over the years, as the two have learned to work to their stegnths and let the other work to theirs. This has resulted in them being quite effective.

After he had decided that he was going to live in London, his parents bought him his flat Badger Loft, in Mayfair. They also hired an interior decorator to furnish the place. Justin wasn't too fussed one way or the other, though he does enjoy the book shelves and his bed. The flat also serves as home for his eleven year old brother, William, who is a first year in Hogwarts, Hufflepuff, as their parents returned to their positions in the diplomatic corps stationed in the United States. His twenty year old sister, Victoria, in her second year at Oxford, has recently discovered that she is pregnant and is due in October.
